Our Infrastructure

Carding & Spinning Machine

Spinning is the first and most important step in the textile industry. It is the initial stage in which various types of fibres are combined and converted into yarn. To form the yarn, drawn-out strands of fibre are twisted together. The yarn is spun using ring-spinning in this case. This yarn is then put through a series of processes before becoming the final product, such as a blanket.

Weaving Machine

Weaving is the second stage of fabric formation after spinning. To create a fabric, two distinct sets of yarns are interlaced at right angles. These yarn threads are interwoven using a warp and weft method. This process is critical because it is where the true characteristics of the cloth emerge.

Tearing Machine

Tearing Machine is an excellent waste management method for woven and non-woven textile recycling. The Jindal Textile Factory has four such machines that assist in selecting the desired fabric quality and always meeting the clients' demands on time. Jindal Textile, with this machinery at its disposal, is also one of the leading textile manufacturers to have embraced this new wave of sustainability.

Dyeing Machine

Dyeing is the process of colouring textile materials in order to make them more appealing. Jindal Textile employs high-quality machines to ensure the smooth execution of this intricate process. Jindal Textile maintains strict quality control to ensure consistency in its products that meet international standards.

Digital Printing Machine

Digital Textile Printing is a specialised form of roll-to-roll wide-format inkjet printing. Jindal Textile sees digital textile printing as a game changer and thus houses three of these machines. This appears to be a promising method of reducing water and energy consumption, as well as waste and water pollution associated with traditional textile dyeing and printing. Jindal Textile is now able to deliver environmentally viable quality products with ease thanks to the adoption of this new technology.

Packing-Dispatches

The next stage of Packing-Dispatching begins once the products are completed. It refers to the technology that encloses and protects ready-to-distribute products. The three-step process includes package design, evaluation, and production so that the final products can be transported through logistics and delivered to the end user.
